Thank you for shopping with us! We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not happy with your order.
NOIRVAIN will accept returns of unworn clothing items with original tags and clear garment packaging with SKU label. We do not accept exchanges of any kind. we offer a refund on most products under the following conditions:
Eligibility for Refund
Non-sale items: Items purchased at full price are eligible for a full refund.
Sale items: Items purchased on sale are not eligible for a refund unless the product is faulty, damaged, or defective upon arrival.Customers will be responsible for covering the cost of return shipping.
If a sale item arrives with a manufacturing fault or quality issue, you may request an exchange or refund within our standard return period. Proof of purchase and evidence of the defect will be required to process your claim.
Return requests must be initiated within 30 days (the first day of the return window starts the day tracking shows delivered status) of receiving all items in the order and shipped back to us within 30 days of submission to qualify for a full refund.
If it is a split package order, it will start from the time of the final package delivery date and time.
- Orders returned without meeting the above criteria are subject to a 20% restocking fee or we may decline the entire return.
- Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
- Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless it was a shipping error or a damaged item.
- Please allow Noirvain 5 - 7 business days from the day we receive the returned package to process.
- Noirvain will email you after return has been processed to confirm what has been done.
